At the ARK elements, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our curated home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective wrap and boxes to ensure delicate ceramics and glassware are not damaged during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
